MARIE W. WOOLF has been the founder, CEO and creative director of numerous enterprises as well as a published illustrator, writer and syndicated cartoonist.  Her projects have attracted venture capital in the hundreds of millions of dollars, tens of millions of viewers and unique visitors to their sites, and awards including an Emmy and the Congressional Medal of Honor.  Concurrently, she has served as CEO, executive director, director or advisor on the boards of several nonprofit humanitarian, arts and educational organizations.  As a public speaker in these projects she has presented extensively throughout the United States.

Marie is an autodidact, self-taught in everything with expertise gained through experience and experiments. Her DNA, literally a double helix of creative and business. Her business model and versatility developed early and naturally, and is reflected in her living/professional way of life—bespoke, by design.

She began at age three by drawing at the kitchen table on scrap paper her dad brought home from the office. She won local poster contests starting in first grade.  In high school, she won first place in national awards for political cartooning and took her first illustration commissions. Self-taught on the piano and organ, she also began accompanying choirs, congregations and soloists in high school, often transposing scores. By 1996, Marie was one of only 4 internationally syndicated American women editorial cartoonists as she continued to pursue all of her interests.  No one thing is enough, and each serves all.
